FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

Is Felo Health free?
Yes. Everything on the site is free to use. We do not charge for matches, applications, or referrals.
Is my data private?
Your intake is anonymous by default. We do not sell or share your answers with assistance programs, advertisers, or data brokers.
How do you find programs?
We curate programs from federal and state agencies, nonprofit foundations, hospital charity care policies, and pharmaceutical manufacturer assistance programs, then verify them on a regular schedule.
How often is your data updated?
We run an automated refresh weekly and re-verify programs regularly. Each listing shows its last verified date.
Do you guarantee I will qualify?
No. Eligibility is always decided by each program. Our matches are a careful estimate based on the answers you provide.
Is the site in Spanish?
Yes. The full experience is available in English and Spanish. You can switch languages at any time from the header.
How can I report an outdated listing?
Email hello@felohealth.com with the program name and what changed. We review reports quickly.
What if I don't qualify for anything?
It's rare, but it happens. If no programs match your situation today, it usually means your income is above most thresholds or your condition isn't covered by the programs currently in our database — not that help doesn't exist. A few things worth trying: call 211, a free national helpline that connects people to local assistance programs we may not have listed. Ask your hospital's billing department directly about charity care — by law, nonprofit hospitals must offer it and many never advertise it. And check back: we add programs regularly, and your situation may match something new. You deserve help finding help. If you're stuck, write to us at hello@felohealth.com and we'll do our best to point you somewhere useful.
Why does Felo Health do this?
We built Felo because help exists and most people never find it. Our only goal is to change that. No fees, no agenda, no selling your data — just a free tool that finds every program you qualify for and tells you exactly what to do next.
