Privacy

Your privacy, in plain language.

Last updated: April 2026

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never tie your answers to your name, and we do not sell your data.

This page is a plain-language summary. It is not legal advice.

The short version

Our intake is anonymous. We never tie your answers to your name. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with assistance programs.

What we collect

Intake answers (state, income range, age, coverage type, conditions, and the kind of help you need). Basic analytics such as page views and referral source so we can improve the product.

What we do not collect

We never ask for your name, Social Security number, account numbers, medical records, or any other sensitive identifiers.

How we use it

To match you to programs and to improve matching quality. Aggregated and de-identified statistics may be used to report on unmet need.

Who we share it with

We do not share personal data with assistance programs. We use standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf and are bound by their terms.

How long we keep it

Anonymous intakes are retained for up to 24 months and are not linked to your name.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data tied to your intake, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@felohealth.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
